Values

Evergreen’s Team shares many of the same values. It is not Evergreen that drove these values into consultants. It is that consultants with these values make up the Evergreen Team.

Core Values include:

• We believe in Transparency – it is the only way clients will trust us, and the only way we can be held accountable for our actions.

 

• We believe in Accountability – if we say we can deliver, we will deliver or we will return all funds invested in the project.

 

• We believe Success is defined by the client – the client is the only party in the relationship that can define success.

 

• We believe in Integrity – we will not steal, borrow or adopt any design, technology, content or methodology from any competitor ever.

 

• We believe in Excellence – if Evergreen delivers Excellence during all engagements, we can’t help but sustain or grow, forever!
